At Mini Sett, we know that whilst there's a real thrill in finding new products online, and buying them whilst the children are asleep, there's also much anticipation in receiving your newly coveted purchase. That's why we use next day delivery, on all UK purchases as much as we can, and at MiniSett, we pay the delivery charge for you.

We also know that waiting around for deliveries with children desperate to go to the playground, can be frustrating, which is why our delivery company provide a dedicated 1 hour time slot, with live delivery updates right to your phone, every 15 minutes.

We use one of the UK's biggest and most reliable courier companies, DPD Local to ensure that your products are cared for and arrive safely.

We have fans all around the world, so we use a highly reputable and reliable courier company, DPD who provide excellent service, including a dedicated 1 hour delivery time slot and email/text notification to you.

Importation taxes and charges

All purchases in the UK and indeed members of the European Union, will have VAT (20%) included in the purchase price.

However for customers purchasing outside of the Europe Union, your country may have importation taxes added at the time of entry. Unfortunately, these taxes are beyond our control, and due to such variations in tax and regulations, we unable to list the import costs as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty, so for Customers living outside the Europe Union, to avoid any surprises, it's best to check first.
